The subscription device has arrived, but the package is damaged. What should I do?

We are sorry for the inconvenience. Our delivery partners work hard to ensure that the packages are handled with care, but incidents sometimes happen. Check to see if the device is in working order – it is possible that the damage is limited to the packaging. If there is a fault with the device, or if you are unsure, please follow the appropriate steps in My Account to report an issue with the delivery. If you don’t contact our support team, we will not know that there was an issue with the delivery, and the monthly fee will start being charged.

If the damage is limited to the packaging, there is no need to report it to us.
