Why can’t I place an order on the HMD website right now?

We’re currently planning on introducing a new online shopping experience in European countries, which means HMD products are currently unavailable for direct purchase on hmd.com. This includes HMD branded smartphones, feature phones, accessories, and Nokia branded feature phones.

But don’t worry — you can still buy your favourite HMD devices from our trusted retail partners in your region. Just head to hmd.com to browse available models and follow the links to shop locally.

If you placed an order before this change, it will be shipped as normal. Your return rights and device warranty are not affected in any way. You can check your warranty status and find help anytime at hmd.com/support.
