What is the process for requesting a repair for my Nokia smartphone?

You should inform Servify about the damage through the Nokia My Device app or at https://nokia.servify.tech within 72 hours from the time the damage has occurred. You need to submit all claim related information and documents as mentioned in the Nokia My Device app within 7 (seven) calendar days of raising the claim or within the timelines as mentioned in the app or otherwise communicated to you by Servify.
