I believe that my card has been charged by mistake. What should I do?

The first step is to check what you have been charged for. Please review the invoice we sent you by email when your card was charged. You can also check your invoice history from My Account.

Please note that if you have canceled your subscription and have since been charged a monthly fee, that fee will be refunded once we receive the device back.

If you still do not know why a particular fee has been charged to your card, please contact our support team.
