What happens if the device is accidentally damaged, stolen or lost?

If the device is lost, stolen or damaged, report it to us and we’ll arrange a replacement. We will lock stolen and lost devices remotely so that no one can access your data, then . We will charge you a replacement fee that include shipping costs and the excess fee we need to pay to the insurance company if the claim is successful.

If the claim is unsuccessful or we have already submitted 2 successful claims to the insurance company concerning the original device you subscribed to and/or a replacement to said device, you will need to compensate us for the damage suffered by paying the device replacement value minus the replacement fee.
