I want to cancel my subscription within the 90-day contract period

If you cancel your subscription after the 14-day cancellation period but before your 90-day contract period ends, you will be liable to pay the remainder of your 90-day contract period at once upon requesting the cancelation. You can start the cancelation process from My Account. We will provide you information about how to return the device. If you don’t return the device within fourteen (14) days from communicating your decision to cancel the subscription, we will consider that you have decided not to cancel it and we will continue charging the monthly fee.
