My Account Supplement

This statement supplements HMD Global Privacy Policy for products and services.

By creating a My Account, you can access our online services and the data associated with your profile and device. We process your account data to provide you with customer service and to personalize our services. We also utilize the account data in developing our products and services.

Account data is collected from you when you sign up for a My Account. In case you use your Google or Facebook account to sign up, we receive your Google or Facebook ID and email address from Google or Facebook.

The account data is combined with other personal data that you have provided to us by using our products and services.

How long is the data retained?

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active and 30 days after it has been deleted. Inactive accounts which have not been used are deleted after 48 months unless the account is reactivated.
