This statement supplements HMD Global Privacy Policy for products and services.
Nokia Mobile Academy is HMD’s voluntary training program for people who work in selling, promoting, marketing, and distributing Nokia-branded phones, tablets, and accessories. Nokia Mobile Academy allows users to register on the platform which provides users with videos, articles, news, and quizzes about Nokia-branded phones, tablets, and accessories. Users may use the platform to learn about such Nokia products, complete trainings, and interact with others to increase sales and otherwise improve their qualifications.
Account data is collected from you when you sign up on the training platform. If you do not provide enough information for your unique account, we cannot provide you with an account to access the platform. Additionally, you may fill additional details which help you to interact with others or use optional functions of the platform. The registration form describes which details are necessary for creating an account. Content data is collected when you access videos or other content.

How long is the data retained?
Account Data is retained until the account is deleted or until the account has been inactive for 90 days.
Content data is retained for two years after the data has been collected.
