I want to cancel my subscription within the first 14 days

You can withdraw from the subscription contract for no extra cost and without giving any reason during the first 14 days counted from the day the device is delivered. You can start the cancelation process from My Account where you will find a form to fill in, or communicate your decision by means of a clear statement sent by e-mail through our support page: https://www.hmd.com/support, or by post to HMD Global Oy at Bertel Jungin aukio 9, 02600 Espoo, Finland. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the cancellation period has expired.

You will be fully refunded for any fees paid. That includes the initial set up fee, the first monthly fee that is charged when the device is delivered and any other monthly fee that is charged. The refund will be made to your credit card after we receive the device back or you provide proof that you have returned it, whichever happens earlier. Because the device should not be returned by normal post due to its nature, we will give you the option to use a pre-paid label to return the device using the same type of courier used for the original delivery. We will bear the cost of returning the device, as long as you use the pre-paid return label that can be created on My Account.

In case you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract but don’t return the device to us within thirty (30) days from the delivery date, we will consider that you have decided not to withdraw from the contract and we will resume charging for the subscription.
