Can I change my device?

You can choose to swap your chosen device at any point after the 90-day contract period. Just log in to your account to get started. We’ll send you another device and you will return the previous one with free postage. Your monthly fee will be updated accordingly. The device change fee is reduced by 50% on your second year and free of charge from the third year on. So, the longer you keep a device in use, the better your subscription gets.
