What is the process for requesting a repair for my covered Nokia device?

You should inform Servify about the damage through the My Device app, or at nokia-us.servify.tech within 72 hours from the time the damage has occurred. You need to submit all claim-related information and documents within 7 (seven) calendar days of raising the claim or within the timelines as mentioned in the app or otherwise communicated to you by Servify.
