Get an estimated value

Complete the trade-in wizard on the purchase page to get an estimated value for your old device. You can then get this value discounted off your purchase and receive a confirmation email, including the valuation, once you’ve completed the purchase.

Print pre-paid shipping label

Click "Ship my device" in your confirmation email. A prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print.

Ship your device
Factory reset your old device and use the shipping materials to send your old device to us. You'll be notified with an updated value and offer after we have assessed your old device. Read how to perform factory reset on your Nokia phone.

Valuation

If you accept the updated valuation, we will charge you the difference between the new and initial valuations. If you decline the updated valuation, we will return your old smartphone and charge you the sum initially discounted from your new purchase.
