Find your warranty

To check whether the warranty on your device is valid, enter your device IMEI code or PSN number in the field below.
Where do I find the IMEI code?

Smartphones: To find the IMEI code on your phone, go to Settings > About Phone > Status > IMEI Information. If your phone has two IMEI-codes, please provide IMEI1.

Wifi-only tablets: If your HMD or Nokia tablet does not feature a SIM card slot, you can use your PSN number instead. To find your device's PSN, head to Settings > About tablet > Model and hardware.

Classic phones: To find the IMEI code on your phone, enter *#06# on your keypad when on the main screen.
