How do I return my subscription device?

If you have been asked to return your device, you can use the returns portal in My Account to get started. You will be issued a shipping label that is valid for 7 days. Then, simply follow the instructions provided by our courier partner.

Please note that if you want to cancel your subscription, you must initiate this in My Account before returning the device.
