Keep your phone up to date
Your phone software
Keep your phone up to date and accept available software updates to get new and enhanced features for your phone. Updating the software may also improve your phone’s performance.
Please ensure you are on WIFI when checking for updates.
Update the apps on your phone
To maintain the performance of your Nokia device, we recommend that you regularly check for App updates.
Open the Google Play Store app. At the top right, tap the profile icon, then tap “Manage apps and device.” Apps that have an update available are labelled “Update available.” Tap “Update all” or select the individual app you want to update.
