Here’s how it works:

Find the IMEI number of your HMD Skyline. This is usually under Settings > About phone. If your phone has two SIM card slots, find the IMEI number for SIM slot 1.

Now you’re ready to fill in the form. We’ll ask for your IMEI number, proof of purchase, and delivery details. Then all you have to do is wait for your FC Barcelona gear to arrive.
