To connect Bluetooth, select Settings > Network & Connectivity > Bluetooth > on > Nearby devices and choose a device you want to connect and pair. Make sure you use the same password.
To transfer files via Bluetooth, select File manage and press the file you want to send. Select Share > Bluetooth and select paired device. A popup will appear on the paired device to confirm the file transfer.
