There is a 90-day contract period for all subscriptions. During this time, you cannot change the subscription device. For the first 14 days your subscription is active – the “cancellation period" – you can cancel the subscription and return the device for a full refund without providing any reason.
If you cancel the subscription after the withdrawal period but before the end of your 90-day contract period, you will have to return the device and pay a fee equal to the monthly fees remaining on your contract period. There is no fee for canceling your subscription after the contract period, but you must still return the device.
