I want to cancel my subscription after the 90-day contract period

There is no fee for canceling your subscription after the 90-day contract period. If you are charged a monthly fee after initiating cancelation, this will be refunded when you return the device. You can start the cancelation process from My Account. We will provide you information about how to return the device. We will provide you information about how to return the device. In case you don’t return the device within fourteen (14) days from communicating your decision to cancel the subscription, we will consider that you have decided not to cancel it and we will continue charging the monthly fee.
