If the device is faulty, report it to us through My Account and we will arrange a replacement. Please note that s accidentally or intentionally damaged devices are not considered faulty.
Please remember to remove your SIM card from the device before returning it. If you return the device with the SIM card still installed (being it a HMD Mobile SIM card or any other), we cannot return the SIM card.
