Whenever you return a device, please be sure to remove the SIM card. If you return the device with a SIM card (be it a HMD Mobile SIM card or any other SIM card) still installed, we cannot return the SIM card.
If you are returning your device because it is faulty or accidentally damaged, you will be asked in the claims process whether you require a new HMD Mobile SIM.
If you cancel your HMD Mobile service, you do not need to return the SIM card. You can destroy the card when the service is canceled.
