How do I complain about Circular?

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint and investigate it. We might contact you to obtain further details.

We will keep you informed and let you have our final response as soon as possible and not later than within eight weeks.

If you are not satisfied with our final response, you have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service, free of charge, but you must do so within six months of the date of the final response letter. You can contact the Financial Ombudsman Service using the details below:
